FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD CPR (Custom Professional Remodeling) is a FRAUD, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSKILLED and did I mentioned FRAUD. Did not want to select any stars, wish there are other options to select and some choice words to select. DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE FRAUDSTERS. Took the money and did a completely JACKED UP JOB on my deck (boards and spindles). These fraudsters Promised to correct their unprofessional and unskillful work but never came back and never corrected the mess they had left. Gave me run around that they will come next month or following month and then Ghosted me.Review from John D.

Fraud alert. Took money for deposit, only completed small part of large project (which ultimately had to be redone because of poor craftsmanship), has not returned money. Owner has two felony warrants in new castle county for fraud. This isn’t real business at this time, stay away.Review from Dawn M.

Cant give negative stars sooo...I only give bad reviews when they are absolutely ?? percent the worst people ever. Don't ever hire CPR (Custom Professional Remodeling) construction for anything. All they want is money for work that isn't completed. They lie about things they messed up and then try and charge extra to fix them. My microwave cabinet and doors are crooked and probably won't be fixed. They covered up an heating vent and now want to charge me to move it. They measured my kitchen incorrectly and I didn't get the layout originally drawn up (I let them slide bc I'm a dumbass) Does my kitchen look pretty, sure, but the amount of stress this is causing I could have paid more to a real seasoned company, known for their good work, and saved myself the drama of these guys, and it would have been completed a month ago. Communication between the workers and the owners is non existing. I could literally go on and on. I don't even care if they ever come back to finish at this point, I'll get someone else to do the minimal work needed for it to be completed and pay them.
