New roof completed in April 2022. Missing soffett was reported to the company a few weeks after the roof was installed. They sent someone out who looked and said it would be an easy fix. No one ever came back to do the repair, I have called back 3 times and they haven't answered the last 2 times, I am not a person who likes to complain and I am not being picky. They are being disrespectful by not returning my calls,Business response

This customer is an elderly customer and we just called him to explain what we originally talked about. This was a missing piece of soffit that was missing before we did the roof and it will take at least a month to get this piece in if he wanted it matched. He apologized and we’re are going out soon to help him.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The business mischaracterized our most recent conversation, I did not apologize. Also,it is irrelevant whether the soffit was missing prior to the work or not since it's all part of a new roof. He wants to make it sound like the problem was just that an o;d man is confused. I do accept that they will correct the problem. I just did not want their written response to go unanswered.
