In October 2020 I signed a contract with Eastern Shore Pole Buildings to build a 34’ x 54’ building on my property. The building was not completed until spring of 2021. Initially, I loved the craftsmanship and the over all experience. However, when the owner Larry Prince, came to pick up my last payment (April 2021 timeframe) a few issues/repairs were pointed out. Larry assured me his crew would be back to fix the issues. It’s now November 2021 and I’ve seen no one. I’ve called and emailed numerous times. I’ve spoken with the office staff a few times; however, I just get “you’re on the schedule” but no timelines are given. The last several months no one answers the phones at all when I call. I spent $30,000 on a building that needs repair. Granted it’s minor repair, but that’s not how this company should be treating their customers. Their Facebook page shows similar complaints from other customers. I’d like help getting this company to honor their part of the agreement. I held up my end of the contract, I expect them to do the same!
