            I contracted with House Craft Homes LLC to build my home. They did not finish by the completion date which was 9/2022 and currently (1/22/23) are still not finished. My house sat untouched for almost 5 months. The contractor **** * ********** will not return calls/text or email and ********* ********** will only communicate through email. My contract was not honored for my flooring. They are not paying sub-contractors so many items are partially finished in my home. My shower, cabinets and framing is still incomplete. The exterior doors are not I installed correctly and one is broken. There has not been anyone here to complete work in over a month. I am currently owed just over $7500 for items we had to purchase for the home that the contractor would not honor from the contract. I’m also had to pay an additional $4500 in bank fees because the home wasn’t finished on time. These fees continue to increase each month the house isn’t finished. I have over 100 emails showing the issues we have had with this contractor.

            The short of it is that building with House Craft Homes was the worst experience of my life. It took 21 months for them to finish our home. The whole company (or should I say family) is full of liars and are unprofessional. Not only did it take an outrageous amount of time for the house to be completed but there is so much poor craftsmanship or unfinished work that we had to fix/finish ourselves after moving in. Avoid at all costs.For those who are interested in a more in depth review, see ****** reviews or yelp. Pictures included on Yelp.

            I am sorry that the house took so long. You forgot to state that we paid you the amount of $12,000. 00 for compensation. Any pictures that you posted for repairs were minute and part of the punch out list of the home; and were completed. As you know, ***** and the South ******* hurricaine brought about the delays. I am sorry you feel this way. However, you cannot deny that you have a well-built home. Although we absorbed increased costs in building your home that cost us overhead and profits, we went ahead and finished your home. Please try and look past your personal grudges and enjoy *******************.
