      On 08/30/2024 I hired caring maids cleaning to deep clean my rental property before new tenants moved in. The agreed upon price was $300 and it would be 4 hours with cleaned baseboards, windows and doorframes, dusting, cleaned oven, refrigerator, cabinets, etc. The two workers who showed up did not do any of the work that was agreed upon. Baseboards were still dirty and dust everywhere. I later found out from the owner that the cleaners told her that we were renovating, which per their policy they are not allowed to clean up anything after a renovation because we would have to do purchase a post renovation clean up instead of a move-in ready clean. This is simply not true. There was absolutely no renovations happening during the time of cleaning. The day before, I sanded and painted one part of one wall in the bedroom. Nothing else occurred that day. Once the cleaners were done with a room, I went in with paint to touch up baseboards which is how I discovered the dirty baseboards. I never touched any part of the house with paint until the cleaners explicitly told me they were done with the room. I think it is necessary to have at least half of my payment refunded since the job was not fully completed and the cleaners lied about renovations. I feel deceived and scammed out of a lot of money.

      I received a general cleaning service for my home on 16 JUN 2023 and was charged $325 for my 2,678 sq. ft. home. I was informed that this service would take anywhere from 3-6 hours. Two maids (Marcia B**** and Shelly D****) arrived to my residence more than one hour after the scheduled time and left less than two hours later. They were courteous, but the cleaning itself was sub-par. My house is generally clean and tidy, but I specifically informed them that my primary concerns were the floors and dusting of all surfaces. The first floor (hardwood) was mopped without being vacuumed first. Furthermore, they did not move the trash can in the kitchen, and so crumbs and other particles were left evident behind them. None of the bathroom floors were cleaned. In addition, they did not dust any of the furniture, so most of the dust remained (i.e. on nightstands, vanity table, desks, TV stand, etc..).. The countertops and mirror in my master bathroom were also not touched. However, I did not complain about the services and tipped the maids. What I did not realize until after they left was that my wedding rings were missing. No one else had entered my entered my home between the time I last stored them (in the bedroom) until they left. I reached out to the company immediately, but was informed that the entire management team was on holiday until after the Fourth of July, and there was no way to contact them. I patiently waited for their return and asked them to contact me when they did. I have not heard anything since and have made several attempts to contact the company with no response. I filed a police report, but the wedding rings are sentimental and no amount of money can replace that.

      Duties were to be as follows for a Deep Clean with appliance for $425.00 - " All "surfaces cleaned, Floors, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Kitchen and inside appliance included in special $425.00...Contacted company and were told that when we did a walk through after service, should have told them how to clean... Please see photos... We were home , what will the $195.00 service be if we weren't home and have to come back... Tried to resolve with contact person that response immediately, but instead was attacked about buying Sonnys BBQ for her ...... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      The total cost paid for our "deep clean" service was $625. I booked this with a lady named Sandra by text at *********** We were told a crew would be coming out and on Sunday October 9th, only one lady was sent. Her name was Maria and she said she owned *** **** *********** * ******** ********, and only did this as a favor. My husband and I thought this was unfair to have only one woman do so much work in one day. We asked if she'd like to come back the next day so that she could have help. The following day, she had one helper. I believe her name was Nicole. When I did a final walk through, they were asking if we'd like anything else done, since they were trying to leave. I told them they needed to do baseboards, walls, behind the toilet, and a sink. Was told they had already done them and they did the best they could. I went to the garage, since we are just moving everything in and they came back at least twice to repeatedly ask if there was anything else we'd like done. I asked twice about the walls and baseboards. Was told they "could only do so much." My definition of "deep clean" is quite different than what we received. I still found dust, dirt, and easy clean stains that could have been resolved with scrubbing. The inside of our appliances were done, but not the outside. I do not believe a deep clean was done to our home in its entirety. Pictures will be attached. Maria repeatedly said shampooing of the couch was extra, but we did not ask her to do that. She did not even vaccuum in between the cushions, which is what we asked for. Disappointed with the lack of customer service. When trying to discuss refunds and how to resolve, Sandra blocked my numbers and decided to act as if she wasn't the one talking to me the entire time. Each number for this company leads to the same scratchy voicemail where we weren't able to leave a message and got no call back. I'd very much appreciate a refund. She said she doesn't do refunds, but their site says otherwise.
