On 3-27-2022 I was contacted by ************************* about ADR Travel selling my spare timeshare weeks. After going over his proposal I felt it was too expensive. He asked if I was a Veteran. I said I was a Disabled Veteran. He said he could lower the price to $2,194.00. I agreed. This was to be for 6 months. I had no contact after 6 months so I called back (as we agreed). He extended for another 6 months to 3-17-2023. I have been trying to contact he or the company since. I have had to leave messages with no reply. I would like to receive a refund of the $2,194 as they have never contacted me about any one wanting to rent my property. These people are a scam and should be held accountable fro this scam.

The date of the transaction was August 31, 2023. I received a phone call from this company stating they were calling me because I was an ********************** member. They knew that Interval members sometimes end up with "Getaway weeks" which they can use at a steeply discounted price if a member wants to go on additional vacations in a year. Many folks, me included, are unable to use all of them because of a lack of time etc. *** said they were in the business of helping folks use those weeks by paying $399 for each week available which they in turn would "sell" to other individuals or corporations for a minimum of $1400 per week. They in turn would then "reimburse" members the difference ($1001). I paid them, using a credit card, for three weeks ($1197). They said that they had a guarantee of ***** days to turn the offer around. On October 19 I called for an update but received no answer. *********************, who I completed the transaction with on August 23, returned my call on Oct. 23 and said that things were in the works but not completed yet on their end. He reminded me they were still within the aforementioned window. I called him again on Dec. 4 asking for an update. He again said things were moving along and asked me with surprise if I hadn't heard anything from them. Of course I had not. I told him at that time that I was getting uncomfortable with the whole deal and that I would be back in touch with him after the 1st of the year. I called him again on Jan. 4. He reiterated there were 2 offers in the system and that they had 180 days to complete the transaction. At this point I knew something was definitely up. *******, I called them again on Feb. 5 and spoke with 2 different people. I was promised a call back and I'm still waiting. The only information I was ever able to receive from them was a confirmation #. They gave me the following (ADR962184). I asked for a copy of a contract and was never provided one. They have not made any attempt to rectify this.

As part of our Marriott Vacation package, we had six vacation weeks that we could sell. ADR Travel called us asking to buy the vacation weeks saying that they could sell the 6 weeks quickly for $1,200 to $1,800 per week and if they could not sell the 6 weeks within 45 days, we could get our money back. We would just need to sell the weeks to ADR Travel at a cost of $399 per week which totaled $2,394. We sold ADR Travel the six weeks in Jan. 2023. We constantly call them every 4 weeks. At one time they said that four of the weeks were sold but they could not release payment to us for those four weeks until all six weeks were sold. At another time when we spoke to them, instead of 4 weeks, they said 3 weeks were sold. We called them everyday last week and they have not returned our calls. We have not received any payment from them. Do not do business with this company they are not trustworthy. We would appreciate your assistance.

I was contacted mid-December of 2022, at a time I was preparing to sell off a Hilton Vacation Program property. They assured me they were a company that was a sub-division of the Hilton operation, and that they would make arrangement for my property to be sold. They sent me the attached contract after our phone conversation was concluded. I never received another call from them, the property is not listed on their web-page, and no one answers their phone.

I was solicited by Doug P******* to sign up with ADR Travel LLC in exchange for them to rent my timeshare with Interval International with a guarantee to receive $1400 per exchange for a one time advertising fee of $1596.00 .(contract attached) I signed up on 6/1/2022 and one of the main reasons I agreed to move forward with ADR, was that Doug guaranteed I would receive the money back the $2394.00 I had already spent with another company Rent My Time once ADR, LLC had committed my 1st rental booking. I was told by Doug to expect a 45-90 return for this service. I had not received any rental offers as promised during my sales orientation, I have repeatably called Doug on numerous occasions and was told to expect an offer within 2-3 weeks. I called on 7/6 & 8/23 and Doug kept promising that I would be receiving my rental offers within the next few weeks. He said they were receiving new inventory for the boat show in Las Vegas and & they had more opportunities for California. 11/1/22 - LM & no return phone call 11/3/22 - 9:03 LM I never received any offers and my final phone call to him was on 11/3 asking for a full refund of the money I paid via my credit card. I finally got a call back from Doug and he agreed to refund me the total amount of $1596.00 and it would take 7-10 business days to receive my refund. 12/1 I called & talked to a Michael and he said they were processing my refund and to give it another week. 12/15 I called Doug and he said it was still pending. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he would have someone call me and never they never got back to me. 12/23 I LM on Doug's direct line and finally talked to him and he said he would have Cory J****** his manager call me back and never got a return phone call. 1/9/23 called and LM for customer service and Doug & sent an email (attached) 1/10/23 I called & LM I am a senior citizen & feel I have been taken advantage & am reaching out for your help. Thank you *** ******

O April 1, 2021 I entered into a contract with ADR Travel for them to advertise and rent 6 excess weeks I had in my timeshare. I paid ADR Travel $2394.oo to advertise my weeks. According to the contract, and the representative from ADR, if I did not receive an acceptable offer on my weeks within 180 days, ADR would incur any and all cost to get property remarketed, upon notification from me. After receiving NO offers within 180 days, I made numerous attempts to contact someone at ADR, but calls continuously went to voicemail. I left messages but would never receive a return call back. After several months, I finally made contact with someone at ADR on phone and was told that due to covid, and my representative having to be off work for extended time, they were unable to rent my weeks, but would continue to put my weeks in inventory for upcoming events. I was told that due to the extended time that my contract had been in place, my weeks would be given priority. Another extensive amount of time passed with NO communication from ADR. When I finally was able to make contact with someone, I was given the same runaround about how they would be prioritizing my weeks and how there were events coming up that they had great confidence in being able to rent my weeks for. I explained to them that I was very aggravated over the lack of communication from them and was not confident in their efforts to follow through with their obligation. I was assured that they would be prioritizing the marketing of my weeks and that if they were unable to rent the weeks within the next few weeks they would discuss refunding my money. This occurred in July of 2022. Over the past several weeks I have again made numerous calls to the direct number for my representative and customer services, with calls continuously going to voicemail and no return calls. The couple of times I did get someone at customer service I was told someone would return my call shortly, but have received no call.

Like the other complaints, I was contacted by ADR Travel that they could use my ************* points and make me money I wouldn't have otherwise since I couldn't use the points. This happened in March 2022. I called them several times during the next few months and properties were "pending". In the past few months they have not answered their phone, they have not returned my messages, and they have not answered my emails. My story was identical to the others I've just read. I suspect they've taken advantage of many people like me.
