            i bought a used cnc lathe and tooling from Premier. the lathe came with tooling and a hydraulic chuck, but no chuck wrench. Premier took photos off the tooling and hydraulic chuck with the wrench in the chuck before shipping the cnc lathe and tooling to me. i asked wheres the wrench for the chuck? the salesman said i only bought a used chuck, later the salesman said the seller is looking for the chuck wrench, then the salesman said the seller made the chuck wrench and the wrench wasnt included. Preimer is dishonest and doesnt care about the customer, all they care about is the sale, plenty of other honest machinery dealers to buy from!

            Unfortunately this customer jumped the gun with this review.  Peter who has been with Premier for 25 years and has an excellent track record with customers was working with the previous owner of the machine to find the wrench in question.  Peter was told they no longer had the wrench but persisted in asking for it. The same day this review was written the seller found a wrench that they would send. With all this said we sold a lathe with a chuck and most lathes used do not come with a wrench. We never invoiced the customer stating a chuck wrench was included nor did we quote that a chuck wrench was included.  This is the first time we have ever received a bad review in 35 years over a chuck wrench. We are still happy to send the wrench that was found but of course would like the reviewer to correct the complaint.
