      This is for the long wood ** location. Im being told a package that wasnt delivered was & that there is nothing that can be done. I have a picture showing 2 boxes in my mailbox & when I went to get my mail there was only 1 box ********** was not the box I am looking for

      this delivery for ********** Address and *** Store Are own Franchise also delivery is septate division. i try to help that lady on that week end. but finally i called her 2/3 time but no answer.

      Transaction Date : 01/27/2024 @ 1:07PM I had requested next day air for my package as it had to be delivered to a hotel the recipient had been staying at, the contents were meant to leave the country with the recipient as they flew to ************ on Monday 1/29. The store clerk was expressly asked the ********* stated it would be delivered on Sunday. The store clerk failed to provide us with a shipping label.We chose to proceed with paying for a box & shipping cost. The store clerk misinformed us as *** states that Sunday is not a working day. *** stated that a return could not be initiated because it would make me ineligible for a refund. They stated that the package had to be delivered the next business day. The package was estimated to be delivered on Tuesday by 7pm, at this time the recipient was no longer at the destination. *** initiated a return & the status of the package states that it has been returned to sender. The store refuses to take accountability and claims they have done their part & have to wait until the package shows up to their store. It has been over a week since the package has been returned & no refund can be initiated until such time that the package shows up.This package was not only sentimental but contained a number of items equating to atleast $400 worth of merchandise. I had shipped 3 *********************** handbags, 2 Nine West Handbags, a **** genuine leather wallet, scrub daddy sponges & a *********************** themed mug for family members. The store staff have been dismissive and failed to provide any updates instead requiring me as the customer to call the *** hubs to gain any information.
