    Applied for an apartment paid $400 application fee, admin and security deposit. Received an email I was approved for the apartment and to upload the required documents. Uploaded my paystubs, received email to setup my ActiveBuilding account. Called back I was told my paystubs was not good enough saying their "system" couldn't read them mind you now it's a PDF format. So payroll called to verify employment, leasing consultant said thanks for verifying. Called back they asking to upload statements advise that I get paid on a pay card and they do not have statements that's why HR called to verified employment. This took place on Friday 10/21/22. The leasing consultant said to call back the next day. Called back explained to this leasing consultant what's going on, she said she was the only one working and she reach out to her boss to bypass that part. Called back later on that day, was told to call back Monday. Called back Monday still haven't talked to the manager only dealing with the leasing consultant, they wanted to provide them my tax return, I told them no because I gave them my paystubs along with the company calling and that was not good enough. I asked to speak with the property manager and SHE REFUSED to take any calls. Called Cambridge(management for grand reserve maitland) John never has his phone on always go to vm. Left him a message twice havent got a called back. Called the complex back told them to refused me my money back to the card, they told me it will take 1-30 days. I told them I'm going to be living in a hotel because of this. Called back and asked again to speak with the property manager, a guy name Sam( not the property manager) got on the phone and said he can't do anything and it will take 15-40 days to be refunded. I will never recommend ANYONE to deal with grand reserve at Maitland park along with any property that Cambridge altamonte spring location runs. Unprofessional, rude and don't like to do their job.
