Northman Roofing: Roof replacement We live in a historical home in ***********, ******* that was built in ****. Our **** **** roof was over 65 years old and needed to be replaced. Naturally maintaining the integrity of the old world mediterranean style was the main criteria to the vetting process. After several quotes we felt comfortable selecting Northman Roofing. They had the experience and passion we felt necessary to meet what was required. As you might expect in a large construction project, minor issues arise, but each issue was resolved quickly and without conflict. They demonstrated a genuine willingness to get things done the right way which we appreciated. They were highly responsive to any questions and communication lines were consistent and clear throughout the process. sThey provided **** **** samples to try match to our existing roof and settled on the El Camino Blend, two-piece **** ****s. They fit perfectly and are very pleased with the results. The team are highly skilled artisans and their craftsmanship is detailed. We were impressed at how they stuck to the timeline and actually completed the project sooner than we had anticipated. They also left the site clean and without any damage.Overall the team went above and beyond, they were both professional and passionate, and genuinely enjoyed working on our roof. They managed to make our new roof look like it has always been here which was the ultimate achievement. We would definitely use them in future and highly recommend them.

"We live in Orange County, Florida. In 2016 we replaced our bungalows flat roof. In August, 2019, after a little "blow" we had a few leaking issues. We called the 2016 roof installer and was referred to a third party for repairs: Travis *****, who is now the Principal of Northman Roofing, was the professional who was assigned the task of replacing 3 skylights because the 3 skylights that were installed were manufactured for peaked roofs. Not Florida flat roofs. ... Did you know that Florida bungalows all have flat roofs? Well, for one, it doesn't snow. Second. A peaked roofs are far more susceptible to wind and rain damage. ... Right after a little "spinner" about 6 weeks ago, I called Mr. ***** about a small leak in the kitchen. Soon thereafter he and crew called and came out to make an assessment. Turns out my kitchen leak was easily resolved, but Mr. ***** took a cursory review of the roof. None of the "boots" at initial installation had been properly installed. ... Long story short: The day before Ian struck Orlando Mr. ***** and 3 members of his Crew were on my roof securing any and all possible leak issues. ... We have zero roof damage, and zero leak issues. ... Thank you Mr. ***** and Crew."
