      Premier travel continually calls , in spite of my clear and repeated requests for them to take me off their call list. They are going through a company ****** to use multiple private 0hone numbers that you can not intercept or block. These calls have been occurring for a year and I am unable to stop them I believe there are laws to stop these type of endless and annoying calls that they seen to skate around. I see others complaining that these sales calls are coming through commio platform but today I'm writing about Premier travel constant violation of my peace.

      I booked a reservation on February 27, 2003 for a 4-day, 3-night stay at 1-bedroom suite at a resort in Orlando Florida. After, I received an e-mail with a booking number, but I need to contact the phone number given in order to confirm the booking. I have called the number over 30 times (which always goes to voicemail, left numerous messages, and sent numerous e-mails, with absolutely no response back. My credit card has already been charged the full amount of $334.83. Obviously this company does not honor their agreements but will take your money immediately. I no longer have any fate in this transaction and request a full credit for the charges I have received. Tank you for your help with this matter.

      I purchased a vacation package on November 30, 2022 for $298. I was told to plan my vacation for May in February. I have attempted to call for a month straight only to get a voicemail and not one call back. I would like a full refund.

      If she called, she was calling the wrong number as we only received one call on 2/8 which we returned. No refund is available at this time but we returned her one call. She did not pick up but we'll keep trying.

      On 10/24/2022, I booked a hotel at **************** (run and operated by Premier Travel Resorts LLC, Florida Seller of Travel Reg. No. *******) Hotel: ******** **** ****** **** ******** ******* ****** ****** ****** Dates: 12/31/2022-01/03/2023 Booking Number: ********* Confirmation #: ****** The booking came with Free Hot Breakfast, which was one of the reasons I booked this particular hotel among other options. However, when I checked in, it turned out that breakfast was not offered. I believe it qualifies as false and misleading advertising and request a partial refund for my bookings. $60 ($20 x 3 days) would be a fair compensation. I emailed to ***************** on 01/02/2023 to resolve the issue but I haven't heard from them since then.

      Reviewed and the agreement was only to provide booking of lodging which was more than provided and in which customer agrees is responsible for meals. As far any property's courtesies, bonus perks provided by the property, and internal hotel policies, those are always subject to change and based on availability and at the discretion of the property.

      It seems that at the time it was one of the amenities of the property as well as advertised on their official website. We are not sure the customer did not receive breakfast as we are not the property. We do know this was advertised on the hotel's website at the time and we had not been informed of any policy changes. Again, we are not aware of what extra amenities outside of the agreed-upon-and-provided booking the particular stay received or did not as we are not the property.

      I am rejecting this response because: the breakfast was advertised on the web site, but was not provided. I have all screenshots from the web site. I wouldn't have booked this hotel without breakfast.  It is a clear case of false advertising and unethical way of doing business. I will make sure to leave a negative review to warn people about this travel agency.

      I received a call from Premier Travel Resorts on 11/28/2022 stating that I had purchased a previous package and never used it. They said they wanted to apply the previous funds to a new package for 4 days and 3 nights in ******* ******* With 2 Adult 1-Day Dinner Show or Water Park Passes 3 days and 2 nights in ************* ******* 5 days and 4 nights in ****** MX. They said the cost would be $317 including the previous credit and then reduced it to $217. I asked where the stays would be and the representative indicated that it would be at an RCI resort. I agreed to the reduced fee and was charged the $217. When I received the cnfirmation, I was notified that we would be staying in a partner hotel, not and RCI Resort. I have called several times for two days straight and continue to get hold music followed by a recording to leave a message. NO CALL BACK. I am requesting a refund of the $217 for false advertising.

      This was only a renewal so the details are the same as the previous package, the only modification was adding more time. No refund is available but we see he called with this question and was promptly given a room upgrade by the representative as a courtesy which he appreciated was addressed and done the same day.       I just bought a vacation package to Charleston, SC on staypromo.com (PremierTravelResorts) and after doing so, I received an email that made me think it could be a scam. I then googled and found many reviews with the same information. I have called the customer service number numerous times and they will not call back.

      I booked two reservations: One for a 5 day/4 night stay in Cancun on Oct 8th, and a Second for a 6 day/5 night stay in Cancun on Oct 12th. My credit card has been charged in full for both reservations. I have not been able to get in touch with the company. When calling, all you receive is voicemail. I have left several messages & sent several emails with no response whatsoever. The resorts have both verified there are no booking in my name. I would like to get a refund of the $698 and $599 spent and warn others to beware. This company is advertising on the web as StayPromo.com

      I have been attempting to contact the company about booking a reservation promised by them. Call always go to a voicemail and a call back request is never recieved. They are very quick to call to sell you packages but they don't hold their end of the deal. They did not send a receipt either for the transaction.
