This company said they would transport my car from ******* to ************. They charged me $95 upfront and they gave me the runaround. They told me the driver would come to pick my car up on Saturday, then they changed it to Monday then on Tuesday, I tried to reach out to the company and they never responded. They took my money, and never provided a service to me and would not respond to me again to return my money or about the transport of my car. I want to file a complaint against this company so this will not happen to anyone else.Initial Complaint

I have a vehicle I need for transport. Was quoted $595. After talking and feeling hostage Im paying interest on a vehicle I dont have yet. I cancelled one company and decided to give this one a go. I was priced for $800 this morning and now its $900. I paid $150 for broker fee which would have left me owing $445. This has cost me time and money and this company does not honor its promised price. I need my vehicle transported and feel as if I have no other choice.Customer response

Following up to my Complaint about this Business. The way the business handled the service quoting one price and then confirming on the other driver for $100 dollars more. It has been 11 days since my vehicle was delivered. I have been waiting for 11 days for **** to get a refund for the difference he said/claims he if fighting to get me a $100 refund. There was no promise and I have to keep calling to remind and ask. I feel if they were going to refund the difference they would have done that in the initial week. Having a vehicle sit at a dealership waiting to be picked up and play games with prices that a company quotes you then almost charge you double is not fair business. I called **** this morning asking for the status of a refund and his solution was to deliver another vehicle for family or friend, I do not want to do business with this company. I then back as I had missed 2 phone calls from **** asking if I made a complaint and I did, **** comes back and stated "do I think that's good business" and since I made a complaint **** is no longer fighting to get my refund. **** is upset that I made a complaint against TOP AUTO TRANSPORTS he is not helping anymore. **** said he is going to fight this complaint. Then the conversation ended and ***************** up. Be aware of this company to quote you one price, but then charge more. Tell you that they have a driver available to pickup fort $800 then come back and state they can't do the $800, that I have to do the $900 for another driver. I was pressured in getting my vehicle due to interest charges and could not wait any longer after I signed a contract which had the price of $595. Bad Business and did not get my $100 refund as was promised after delivery. Deliver was May 17, today is May 28 after several phone calls and text.
