I ordered a *********************** purse through the Amazon app that was from Gabbys Bags on May 16. The company used *** to ship product. 1 week after its supposed delivery date on *** website it showed product was undeliverable. I called *** they said the box was damaged and the item missing and they would contact ****** Bags to let them know. I also contacted company about this. They apologized and stated they would give refund. It is now almost a month later and no refund. I have reached out to company which resulted in no resolution. One response was basically the original response, apologies and will issue refund. Another was when they receive item back they will issue but I reminded them I did not receive product. Last response was my order has been cancelled and that was last week and still no refund.Business response

Hello,
We sincerely apologize for this miscommunication on our behalf. Our agents assumed this issue had been resolved because it was marked as refunded in our internal system. I have manually reviewed this issue and have found the problem. Our system glitched and did not push the refund response to Amazon's API. I have manually issued the refund on Amazon. The buyer should see the refund confirmation within the next 3-4 business days.
Again, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. I know something like this is extremely frustrating and I am just as irritated that we failed to properly address this issue for the customer.

I ordered directly from the website a present for my girlfriend. For some reason the seller canceled my order and has not refunded my money. They have not responded to emails and they don't answer the listed phone number. I just want my refund and to be done with this horrible company.Order #*****.Business response

Hello,
This order was received on September 19, 2023 at 10:38 am. It was identified as being potentially fraudulent so a cancellation at exactly 11:46am was processed and an email was sent to buyer notifying them. The credit card used to make this purchase has been fully refunded.

Through the Walmart.com website, I purchased a Michael Kor purse and wallet. I returned both the purse and wallet without opening them. I received an email that I was credited for the wallet but according to Gaby B., the purse was not there. I am out $350. There is no way possible if the wallet and purse were shipped in the same box, as I received it, that both items were not together.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/10) */ Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This matter was escalated and brought to the attention of our team leaders. Upon review, we identified the reason why this order was not automatically refunded by Walmart. It turns out we do not have any internal record of receiving this return and the shipping label used to ship the item back was only related to the other item in the order. This caused a severe hiccup in our system leading our customer service representatives to believe the return was not received. While we do not have any record of receiving the handbag for this return, we will still be refunding the customer in this situation. The customer should be receiving a confirmation email from Walmart regarding this additional refund in the next 24-48 hours. We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused. To be frank, our team has been understaffed for several weeks during the busiest time of the year.
