I have had a storage unit, and my room mate, with bluff road storage for around 7 years, with no problems until the past few years since they changed owners twice. Which the bill is paid on time. The first situation started when i received an email stating that the bill was late and they were going to lock me out and sell my stuff. My room mate, who has stuff in the storage also took me to the storage right away and as soon as we got there my storage was robbed. The storage people acted as if they did not know anything until a report was made. They then said that their email was hacked and they did not know. Now the new owner has been raising the prices every month. There is no gate, no climate control, or no security cameras. I have been paying Whitney over the phone for months, which is how it was arranged, and when i ask why the bill keeps going up. She repeatedly says for the cameras, security that drives through and so on. Recently for the last couple weeks i have been calling and emailing to pay the bill. At first i left voice messages on the phone, then the phone went straight to voicemail. After a few emails, Whitney responded on a different number, the one that sends me the bill. She said the phone died and would call me soon. After i replied that i was ready i never received a call. After that her phone would ring and i continued to leave messages and emails. Now the phone rings until it tells you the voice box is full. Also once they started raising the insurance prices with the storage unit at the same time i had to drop my insurance down cause i cant afford it. After they found out about my complaint i finally got a text from a different number saying i was locked out. That they would be selling my stuff in 30 days. Again i called and got no response.
