******************************* was the best! He explained everything so we understood what was happening and what was coming at us. So friendly and understanding. At no time was I uncomfortable with the process.We did close a week later than planned but at no fault of UTB but my previous mortgage company. Thanks ******* and thanks UTB!

We applied with united Trust for a cash out refi. We worked with *************************** who was excellent! He is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable and worked with us to find the best option for our situation. We contacted other companies, but **** actually delivered the best service and options. The whole process went flawlessly, in my opinion. The agent working with me had great communication and responded to my questions effectively and thoroughly. Excellent Mr. **************************** began with a search for the best person to handle our home refinance. I read the reviews about him, and I contacted him right away. It took less than a minute when he replied which started the process with passion, focus, and set on time. He put his heart, soul, and mind into doing this not just as a job but as a unique calling to help people like me/family. I appreciate ***** for doing everything above and beyond. He kept me in the loop by updating me every day through text, email, or call. He was there every step of the way with reassurance and giving me/us hope to reach our goals. He made the process swift and timely, concluding our refinance successfully. The funny thing, I was the one who could not keep up :) Thank you so much, ***** and UTB. Honestly, we are thanking ************************* for helping us to process in our VA home quity Loan/refinance within two weeks he do everything to Fastrack the documents needed to UTB.
