I went to this animal hospital to get a DNA test for my puppy. I told them multiple times that if the test did not test for what we need then we would not spend the money to do it. We were assured that it would do what we need. After over a month of waiting for results, it DID NOT test for what we need. We have demanded a refund and been completely ignored. Test was done on April 27, 2022. Results were given May 30,2022. I have called everyday since then and not one response.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/18) */ I called the owner back and asked them what his problem was, and I took the time to listen to them. We looked into the issue and checked to see if we could find the test they wanted because the DNA test we have is not the one they wanted. We did not find the one they wanted, so I called them back and explained to them we could not find it and that we would refund them their money. they are happy about that, so we closed the case on this time.
