Please see attached document and pictures. Cee Bee came out 3 times to identify and fix the ac unit. They determined a new high pressure switch needed to be replaced because it was leaking. While doing that the tech broke the board. He had to alter and bypass the board to get my unit to run. This was a simple fix; all they had to do was install the switch and plug it into the board and check the coolant. Instead they broke the board and when I questioned it, I was told "that happens sometimes and the customer is responsible for the cost to replace this". I disagree with this as it was working prior to them installing the switch. I sent a certified letter and 2 emails and I am being ignored. I have disputed the credit card charge until this is rectified. Cee Bee came out a total of 3 times. I have asked several times for receipts listing a breakdown of the repair as well as the receipt for the second visit. I have yet to receive anything. They take the credit card right away but do not provide a receipt. This is not how a company should do business. I want the defrost board that the company broke while installing the high pressure switch replaced with a brand new board and put all the wiring that was bypassed back on the board correctly. The way it is now is not going to fully protect my unit as the board is designed to do. If the unit wasn't supposed to come with this board, the manufacturer would not have put it in. I also want the high pressure switch fully replaced or a new end put on it so it can be plugged correctly into the new board. I also want the unit's coolant rechecked. I paid for a professional job and didn't get one. If they refuse to replace this board I want a full refund for the entire job (3 visits) $886.94 because I also had to take off from work 3 different times and the repair is still not done. I want to be able to hire another company to rectify this problem correctly if Cee Bee refuses to take care of this.Customer response

Please close this complaint. The business did finally reached out and agreed to replace the board they broke. The repair has already been done.
