      I was overcharged by $40 and I had to call a good 5 times before someone spoke with me. They tried to tell me I was charged for discussing insomnia with them when I've never had such an issue. I told them when I came in I only wanted a physical and to not talk to me about anything else or charge me for anything else and that is not what happened. Someone finally called me to resolve it or so she said. Instead, she yelled at me claimed she was taking me to collections, and hung up on me. I ended up calling back and in fear of going to collections, I paid the $40 even though I was wrongly charged for this. Also, every time I am there I have to wait at least 2 or 3 hours before I am seen. When I try to get a reason why or ask them kindly to fix this I get nasty looks, they yell at me, or they tell me they are too busy to talk to me. I have never been treated this way by a doctor. They need new staff, people who have empathy. You need that if you are working at a Dr's office. I don't want this to happen to someone else and I want them to show basic respect to their clients and not keep them waiting for hours.

We have made contact with you immediately after hearing of your concerns in regards to a 40.00 copay your health insurance left you for a office visit.We understand you feel that a copay should of not taken place for the visit that you had.We show the visit that was made by the patient was a Physical Exam.However upon seeing the physician and expressing additional concerns, the physician felt a Physical Exam would not address your more immediate issues.Your Physical Exam was then completed on your next visit , which was scheduled upon leaving our office.Please understand that insurance carriers process claims and apply copay/ deductibles and pt responsibilities based on the plan that the employer/patient has selected.We do thank you for returning to our practice several times to care for your needs,even after your initial experience.Please accept our apologies for your wait time,as your time is important to us,however please understand in health care, there are always emergencies that take place and can put the best of providers behind.In addition we will further evaluate how we can better assist in this problem from occurring again in the future.I can assure you we are never too busy to assist you or any of our patients in their concerns with our facility or health related conditions. We hope that you accept our sincerest apology in any misunderstanding that this may have caused you.Again we highly appreciate your feedback, as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do:it is our goal to retain you as a satisfied patient and will hope to serve you again in the future. The only resolution that is ethical is to return my money to me and give me a real apology in person or over the phone because I can assure you it never happened as you say it did. Since then I went to get my blood drawn and o wasn't informed I had to fast beforehand and it was a morning only thing so I had to reschedule my appt. Keep in mind I use cabs to get around since I don't have a car. This was another expensive masks by your office. The gifs just keep coming and you guys don't seem to care. The people at Quest said a lot of other people have had the same issues with you guys. I tell known in the community. You can do something about it or I will continue to pursue justice for these wrong doings.
