We have a very close family friend whos dad passed away 2 months ago and then his mother unexpectedly passed away on 11/25. We ordered flowers from the funeral home which you would assume would go smoothly. However not only were the flowers not delivered to the service. They were delivered to someones home on a DIFFERENT day then the funeral. To address we would have had no idea of knowing. They were also NOT the flowers back. I have emailed multiple times and even called with no response. I have pictures of the delivery address, the delivery date, and the incorrect flowers if they are needed for proof. We just want our money backBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not heard from anyone via email or telephone. I am also aware that the family received the flowers. The flowers were suppose to be delivered to the funeral home the day of the service. Instead they were the incorrect flowers, delivered to a family member at her HOME, the day after the funeral. This is not acceptable. We would like a refund.
