      I purchased a 16" 300 aac barrel from them, this being the 4th barrel I have purchased from them, with no previous issues. The issue I have with this barrel is that it will not pass headspace standards, it will NOT close on a go gauge. I am putting this barrel on a unit that previously had their 10.5" barrel which headspaced fine. Both barrels are in the same modern barrel family. So far I've been told that it was IMPOSSIBLE for there to be an error with the new barrel, and that I would be receiving a ups label, 30 days ago and none yet. so far I have had no customer service even on a mediocre level. can't help but feel like I'm getting the run around, and now can't even getca phone call thru to them. They should stand behind their products, which they don't.

      I placed an order by mistake and immediately called to cancel, customer service rep was extremely rude and hung up on me several times. Was finally told they don't accept cancellations and that we have to accept shipment, pay for shipping to return and won't be refunded shipping costs that was initially free for returning item. So we are out of pocket $100 because they would not cancel order. Customer service extremely poor.

      i ordered a barrel for my rifle from said company once arrived the barrel was misrepresented online. once company finally repsonded i was told that the company didnt dimple the barrels which is very unsafe due to failure of the barrel causing great bodily harm or death and for almost 300.00 and then told in order to return i must wait for a ticket repay for shipping and lose a 10% restocking fee for an item that should've had that important info in the description especially when your life or safety is at risk. i'm an older small frame woman and this type of issue shouldn't be allowed since all new ar style rifles come dimpled for this reason

      There is no safety issue or misrepresentation involved and a very simple email or phone call would have clarified the desired information that this customer wanted.

      Many companies sell rifle barrels that are not dimpled; this is why the dimple jig is available for public purchase and use.  It is a personal choice, not a safety issue if you know what you are doing when you build the rifle.

      We have sold literally millions of barrels, and no one has ever accused us of having unsafe products.  We stand behind our warranty 100%.

      The 10% restocking fee was waived but this customer was very nasty when they called yesterday to complain of this "issue", which is a non-issue.

      Refund will be processed once the barrel is returned.

      The "customer" is misinformed and this is ridiculous.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      after doing research on this matter and the hundreds of bad reviews for the same reason. i was far from nasty on the phone with trisha and have witnesses to prove i was nothing but respectful. the mere fact that this company responded with what was said is in their words ridiculous. the issue with barrel does in fact cause saftey issues since the gas block walks which causes the rifle to jam bullets not cycle them correctly among a few issues, this is why new firearms are dimpled to prevent this since you dont know it has walked until failure occurs.

      I purchased a product from their website. They immediately charged me the full price. I received no correspondence about my purchase. No order confirmation, no shipping info, nothing. I logged into their website with the email I used to purchase the product and their website did not have any history of my order. I attempted to email and call their customer service but did not get any response.

      Date of purchase - July 2022 *(Not sure of exact day) I purchased 3 barrels from Ballistic advantage chambered in .308 win. I match their barrel with their sister company ************** (How BA identifys **************). I had major issues with their barrel extension being damaged by a headspaced bolt on a 12.5" barrel. So they replaced it after i sent them the damaged barrel. Same exact issue happened the 2nd time. I found out it was due to a bad Aero precision upper receiver. So I replaced the upper reciever. The bad news is that it now has a damaged barrel extension and I cannot use it unless i fit a new barrel extension. So I purchased another 12.5" barrel and matched it with another Aero M5 upper receiver. THIS TIME, the feed ramps didn't match up at all. So I called Ballistic Advantage and notified them, they told me to shoot it and I shouldn't worry. So I did, except I had a round damage the feed ramp almost instantly and it caused a death jam. The jam was so bad it damaged the upper receiver by forcing the charging handle and BCG into the side of it. So I set up a ticket through Ballistic Advantage and they want me to send it in. I plan on doing it this week once I get their**** label in my email. The 3rd barrel I purchased is a 16" .308 Ballistic Advantage barrel that I'm waiting on another Aero M5 receiver yet again, they didn't match. I highly doubt the Aero M5 upper I am waiting on will work. I am sitting here with 3 Ballistic Advantage barrels and nothing to show for it. Do I have buyers remorse? ABSOLUTELY. I wasted a lot of money on the company and it's like pulling teeth to get any answers. I am extremely upset and wish I just had my money back. But that will never happen. I warn anyone who listens to the guys at Ballistic Advantage. It seems they don't know their barrels do not match with Aero precision at all like they claim. Ballistic advantage is also choosing to ignore my other ticket requests and only trying to resolve 1 of my issues.
