I live at palm haven and I originally bought a home in mid February. Management knew I was moving cross country leaving my business, my home and my family to rebuild my life from a very powerful yet abuse relationship. Upon arrival I was not able to move in my home but was now in a crisis situation. In Florida alone with my dog and 4 suitcases . No car it was being transported to the purchase home. I was very emotionally drained and stressed and both Tammy price and Oscar showed me a leased rental. Which I signed docusign didn’t read it . We’ll I was told if I purchased a home in this park I could break the lease. Never happened. Management never complied with legal services . Never allowed me to purchase privately. Documents stating in April that I could break lease but only if I purchased from lakeshore. After all the stress and all the high rent I’ve been forced to pay it’s had a impact on my life in every way. I came to build my family not have every penny taking from me. I find another few houses now I’m told I have do another background check delays more time. Comes back clean. I’m supposed to buy 319 and that’s deposit I placed was sold today . I watched the sale. Not okay that Tammy had me and my daughters father who’s having same issue four months later to purchase a home. 3cane after us and got the homes we wanted. So this morning another home I bid on but wasn’t sure on because it wasn’t inspected by anyone and was supposed to today. Was once a trap house . Where morphine fentanyl and meth were manufactured and distributed. I asked Tammy about the plumbing and told her I was told by several tenants that the bathtub was where it was made. Crime scene was there a month ago and I just want straight answers. Is it hazardous for my grandchildren or myself. Does EPA have to come in. That’s the choice management chose after four months . Not 319 that. Could of moved in. They’ve stalled all month. Now I have pay another $1460 plus $100 late fee.
