      I purchased a 2022 ****** Altima July 16, 2022. I had USAA insurance on my previous vehicle and switched it to cover the ******. The effective date of coverage was July 17, 2022. I completed the quote and made the switch before I knew who the lender was, so it was left blank on the policy. Nonetheless, the vehicle was covered. I switched to Geico October 1, 2022 because the policy with USAA was too expensive. Coverage began on October 2, 2022. Shortly after, MidFlorida added a $2,000 charge to my account for lapse in coverage from 7/16/2022-10/2/2022. I had no lapse in coverage. I provided my insurance to the dealer to submit with our finance paperwork and they dropped the ball and did not submit it. I submitted it afterwards on MyInsuranceInfo.com after we got a letter in the mail requesting it. I also submitted it to MidFloridas insurance department. I was told once proof of coverage was received theyd remove the charge. Ive sent them everything theyve asked for and they have not removed it. They want a declarations page and I dont have that because the policy doesnt exist anymore. The only declarations page I had was from a policy adjustment I made on 7/28/22, which MidFlorida has because I sent it to them. USAA sent me what they had and I forwarded it to MidFlorida. Its been almost a year and I would like this charge remove as *** had no lapse in coverage since Ive had the car. Ive also included messages going back and forth trying to get this issue resolved.

      I am not liable for this debt with MIDFORIDA Federal Credit Union. I do not have a contract with MIDFLORIDA Federal Credit Union, the did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      Unauthorized credit card account opened in my name and SS#. This account was fraud and has caused financial and personal distress and they will not talk to me they keep referring me to the credit reporting agency. This credit union allowed my stolen personal information to be used and didn't question when the credit report came back with a miss match of address and other personal information, and it doesn't appear that they obtained proper identification.

      First of all, they put a 6 day hold on all checks for the first 60 days of your account. Then they restrict how much money you can take out at the ATM. Then they held one of my checks for longer, saying that the day I deposited the check doesn't count because it was a saturday and then that monday didn't count as a day either so it was literally an 8 day hold even tho my app said the money was clear they wouldn't honor two checks i wrote even tho the money on my app said it was available. It is causing me problems running my business.
