              Terrible Company, Building will not pass final inspection. Will not call be back!!

              We are the sales agent for the steel company that did the install. The company that installed and is responsible to correct any issues Is Georgia Southern Steel Buildings in Moultry Georgia. Phone # 229-890-0858. We have spoken top Mrs. ******** on several occasions concerning her building and have explained the we here at crossroads Sheds have no control over when the steel company comes back to do repairs. We have however contacted the steel company on her behalf on each of the occasions that she has called us. The owner actually flew to Georgia last week to meet with the steel company to discuss why they have not been back to resolve issues for a couple of our customers. As far as not getting callbacks, we have provided the customer with a direct line to office of GSS and if they're not returning her calls, there is really not much we can do about it. We will continue to contact GSS to try to get this issue resolved, but the issue is not with Crossroads Sheds.

              I bought and paid for the building at Croosroad Sheds 8 W Hickory St Arcadia, FL the end of 2020. Crossroad shed is reasonable. So it is It is now 2022 and it will not pass inspection. Crossroads sheds apparently knows that Ga Steel is not doing their job, but the continue to rep them. I see that they contacted BBB in less than 24 hours after I made the review. But will NOT contact me regarding when my building will be fixed.

              As has been stated on numerous occasions we are the sales agent only. We can act as middle man to try to facilitate scheduling for the customer, but it is Georgia Southern Steel that does the scheduling, the delivery, the collection of payment, and any needed repairs. At Crossroads Sheds we are not contractors. We are a sales lot. We design buildings for customers, take the order deposit and hand everything over to the steel company to complete. From that point on it is completely in Georgia Southern's hands. In 99 out 100 builds there is never a problem and things go smoothly. In this case there have been issues that we have tried to address on the customer's behalf. We have not provided her with answers because we have not been provided with them. We will continue to try to get this issue resolved.

              I find it funny that Croosroad Sheds 8 W Hickory St Arcadia, FL has the time to write to the BBB within hours of my review, but not able to write me regarding ANY updates. I paid Croosroad Sheds for the building in full up front for my building. My mistake, never pay in full. I order the metal building at the end of 2020 it is now 2022 and the building will NOT pass the Building Inspection.

              As stated in the previous response, if there was an update to give it would have been given. We are not in the habit of contacting customers without reason. It wouldn't make much sense.
