            Extremely frustrated with this company, they removed a tree that feel from a neighbors property, and placed all of the trash and debris on my property without the decency of letting me know. They Left a light pole that was also removed from someone else's' property and when I called asking for the removal they acted as if they didn't touch it, and I had to call and open a case with the county, to fix their mess! They felt satisfied with the lack of customer satisfaction and service they provide specially when in the wrong.

            We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced from our crew placing material on the right of way while we were doing a hazard tree removal for the county. The material was placed on the right of way so we could perform the job in the most efficient manner. Our crews should have let you know it was a temporary staging process and that it would be addressed before the end of the business day. Our crews had everything removed from the right of way by the end of the workday and the light pole assembly was placed back in the right of way from where it originally was positioned. Again, we apologize that you were inconvenienced and have implemented procedures to mitigate this from being an issue in the future.
