There is a piece of flooring transitioning between the hallway and bathroom that is broken and there are sharp pieces sticking out. I called the company about having it replaced and was told that someone would be out 2 weeks ago and no one showed up or called. I called last week and was advised that someone would be out and was called Friday afternoon to delay to today. I called this morning to ensure that someone would be out and was advised the ***** would return my call, but still no call.Business response

We are aware that ************************ has a broken transition that was not caused by Warehouse Flooring. We are happy to replace the transition and will provide the material at no charge as a courtesy to a valued customer. She will be responsible to pay the technician for his time. We have had the repair scheduled twice & unfortunately due to first, a job running over & then second another employee extending his vacation we have had to postpone. Ms. ********** has been informed on both occasions. We are willing to give her the material needed if she chooses to have someone else take care of her issue, or as she has been told, we will put the repair on our schedule as soon as we have an opening, which I expect to be next week.

They were supposed to put us on the schedule multiple times and keep telling me that this is what they will do. I was never told that someone was on vacation, I was told that the person is doing another job out of town and they have yet to do it. I keep getting told that ***** would call me and schedule and has yet to do so.Business response

The customer will be contacted on Tuesday 7/09/24 by my co-worker ***************************, to schedule the repair. I am only available by email. I am in process of retiring & rarely in the office.Customer response
