He actually did 1/8 of the work, took the insurance check and bailed. Then tried to claim his materials. He replaced 3 sheets of plywood out of 8, did not tear out or replace cabinets, or install flooring. All the reviews are is family members. In reference to ************************ review We are sorry that you are unhappy with our service however your claims on this review are unfounded.
1. Your job was not completed because the check that was provided for materials wasnt any good
2. The water leaks that where claimed to be fixed where not and close to two hundred gallons of water was on trapped in the vapor barrier.
3.The owner of the company told you to contact your insurance company for a reevaluation because you have a serious mold problem(see attached picture) and remediation is needed and required.
4. You were not truthful nor forthcoming with new information on the job and damage to your insurance or mortgage lender.
5. The insurance check that you claimed we took was from the insurance to us for one days labor and not any materials however because your materials check was bad the owner of the company provided materials eating into his days labor check for materials so in fact he lost money.
6. The subfloor was laid that direction because we could not get materials and could not remove the damaged and mold stained cabinets again because your check was bad so for the safety of you and your family we removed the damaged subfloor so it could be safely walked across.
Again we are sorry you arent happy with our services and we declined to return out of the safety of myself and our employees but unfortunately your claims are unfounded we wish the best of luck with your project and whomever is the next to work on it

My husband and I count ourselves very fortunate to have found ****** and ******. They went above and beyond in our opinion. They're reliable, honest and operate with integrity. ****** was great from start to finish. He arrived early and took the time to show us what was wrong and what needed to be done. He addressed all our questions and concerns. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and his work was top-notch. Both of them went out of their way to help us with our older home. The price was better than expected and well worth it. We are so pleased with them that we'll be retaining their services for all our repairs and projects, which I have no doubt will be plenty. I have used Robert’s Southern Home Repair for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed with any of the work he has done for me. He is well versed and knowledgeable in every area of home repairs including plumbing work, appliances as well as electrical repairs. Robert’s stepson Andrew happens too be an electrician. Between the 2 of them there isn’t any job which they cannot handle. Before Robert I had tried several other repair people and was simply disappointed in the quality of work they had done as well as the lack of knowledge in what they were doing. In discovering Robert all that changed and I had found my guy. He’s always on time, honest, fair and straightforward about the work which needed too be done. He also thinks outside the box and offers suggestions and recommendations about what might be a better way to go or a different approach. Bottom line though, it’s the quality he delivers with every job he does. If he doesn’t like something, he will redo it until it’s perfect. He is truly a “master handyman”. Experienced, knowledgeable, honest and does quality work. That’s Robert’s Southern Home Repair. So, if you are looking for someone who does quality home repairs, then this is your guy. Robert’s Southern Home Repair came highly recommended and he didn’t disappoint. Robert did a fantastic job replacing some flooring. And ran into bigger problems once the floor was up. He took it on like a camp and fixed everything over and beyond what was required. I would definitely call on him again and recommend him to others. Reasonably priced, on time and thorough. I needed more work done on my home, replacing older flooring with new beautiful wood flooring, so I called Robert's Southern Home Repairs.. I was very pleased with previous work done, so I wanted Robert and his team back... I can't say enough positive things about Robert and his team.. very professional, excellent work,, left my house with beautiful work... I was in need of new counter tops in kitchen along with sink replacement and new garbage disposal. Robert's Southern Home repair came highly recommended to me. I was totally pleased with the project in my kitchen. Robert and crew were very thorough and professional in every way. With his suggestions, I was able to complete the project under budget. Additional repairs were added also. He was very honest and was there to answer any questions I had.
I would absolutely, highly recommend Robert's Southern Home Repair to anyone who is seeking quality, affordable improvements or repairs.
