I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone! Sun State Plumbing only cares about their pockets and not the customer. I had an after hours emergency was fully aware that it would cost extra and was willing to pay. They came and worked for 2 hours. When they left my clog was removed. I paid with a check because I was told there was additional fee to use a card (lesson learned), well within 36 hours I was back to square one. I called the number but it was still after hours. I explained the situation and I was told the worker did his job or he would not have left. I asked don't you have any kind of guarantee? The answer I got was we did our job and unclogged the drain we do not know what you did after that. I told the gentleman that I would call back once the office opened. Surprise I was talking to the owner and when I called back he still had no intention on making the problem right. The actual employee Waine was nice and did his job. I just want others to be aware of how Carl runs a business. If I had paid with a credit card I would deny the charge. I can't express enough how disgusted I am with this business and the worst part is I have used them before and recommended them to others. NEVER AGAIN. I have lost 1.5 days of work and still do not have a working toilet.
