I went to this salon called Zuka Beauty in ********, ** In *****, there's a woman named ****************** that has a supposed lease and rents a room in the back. She is conducting illegal services and using non-*** products for her patients. I was one of them and fell for her scam. She scammed me out of $1500 that was broken up $1200 sent to her Zelle and 300 cash. The procedure i got done was supposed to be Sculptra **** injections but she used something else. she mentioned she had a better filler called WannaFill (illegal non-*** product) that would work faster and last longer about 3-5 years. She told me at the consultation that I can look up the product on ****** and I did. at the moment it seemed legit and I felt almost pressured to do the procedure at that point. she said she likes to prepare the filler beforehand due to it being so thick and takes about 40 mins to withdraw. so, when i went in to do the injections i have no clue what she actually injected in me. when she started injecting me i felt some of it leaking and she turned on the sink water to clean the areas. She was extremely unsanitary and there were many red flags but too late then. I had absolutely no results and was told do a follow up 30 days later. When the 30 days passed, she started lying about canceled flights, got in a car accident and many excuses to not meet. She then blocked me on Instagram and cell. I went to Zuka Beauty to speak to the salon owner *******************. She didn't want to give me the women ****** NP license number and was very defensive pretending she didn't know what is going on in her salon. They scammed me and now have avoided me and not answering my calls. There needs to be an investigation on both of them and the salon. Who knows what other illegal services they're conducting and also scamming multiple people. I even ran into a lady that was outside the salon about to get scammed by ****** and told her my story and to leave. This beyond foul what they're conducting.
