I purchased a 4-piece curling wand in 2017. The set came with a lifetime warranty if you register your product within 14 days if purchased. I registered my purchase in the 20th day and received a registration number (# *****). A few weeks ago, while I was using the smallest wand of the set, it exploded in my hair! If it was closer to my face, My face would have gotten burned! I immediately called their customer service number only to get a recording saying that they were busy helping other customers so I left a message. Not hearing back from anyone, I tried again for the next two days and still received the same recording so I sent an email. I did not receive any response until a week later when I received an automated response saying that someone will get back to me in 24 hours. It has been more than a week and still no response! I sent another email after I received that automated response and still no response. I would like to speak to someone so that I can either get this wand repaired or replaced. They do have an online form to fill out to get a replacement but it says I have to send the unit to them and they will send me a replacement but I dont trust them since I cannot reach anyone on the phone or even get a response via email. I dont even know if this company exists. If they do, they are extremely irresponsible and disreputable.
