This company is rude and lack customer service. Ive been trying to resolve an issue since December 2023 that requires this company to reimburse the over payment taken from our account. Every time we call from VP collection ****** to ****** collection manager they can never resolve this issue, its been 5 mos and all we hear from them is we have to get with accounting. They place you on long holds times and come back with no resolve. This company was prompt when we owed them now they owe us its like pulling wisdom teeth to get what is due to you. I hope this review moves this along to resolve the issue.

Our experience with Triton Recovery Group has been extremely negative and concerning. They have engaged in illegal business practices by reaching out to our customers against the law and against their own contract agreements. When we attempted to address these issues and come to equitable terms with the lender, their response was dismissive and confrontational, with one representative even going so far as to tell us to **** them then."Furthermore, when we requested to speak with management or have a different representative assigned to our case, we were met with resistance and hostility. The representative in question was aggressive, vindictive, and unprofessional, stating that her goal was to shut our business down. She made false accusations, claimed we were hiding money, and displayed a lack of basic math skills.It is clear that Triton Recovery Group is knowingly breaking laws and engaging in unethical behavior. We urge other businesses collecting debts to exercise caution and avoid working with this organization. There are plenty of other reputable recovery groups available, and it is not worth putting your company at risk by associating with Triton Recovery Group.

They shut down our merchant processing, our ability to process recieved payments. Taking money from processors without a judgement from court. Being forced to work with them is a complete nightmare, and they have no ethics, they are very rude and steady trying to take money from processors again without a judgement from court. The company I got a merchant loan sent me to these ppl and they do not need to be in business at all. Have you sign a contract that is complete opposite. My payment supposed to been WEEKLY and they was taking out extra money DAILY .
