Today is 4/11/2024 the contract was sighed on 03/8/2023 as of this very day the A/C unit has not been put in place as agreed upon and payment every month is still will must pay the amount in full. It's unacceptable living conditions and have been very costly to keep the house cool on hot days and night. and the level of communication on the company's part is childish and highly unprofessional. From days to weeks with out a respond but expects to be paid on time. Also send in his cheapest workers who ruined the wiring in my home and took my working A/C unit out just to leave us without cool A/C for a year now. the nature of this dispute is to not only get my A/C unit which is still being paid for in my house but compensation for breach of contract and under Florida home owner law compensation for having to pay for something that is not there and having my family finances sky rocket due to having to buy things to keep the house cool and not hot. No the company has not yet attempted to resolve the issue at all and lies about having workers come out and see the issue. i have the Docusign Envelope ID: ************************************Business response

Hello there,
This is a response for the complaint from customer *****************************. ******* is a customer of ours that has completed a full Solar Project and an Air Conditioning Project. The Solar was installed with no complaints however the Air Handler was faulty when installed. We had to order a new Air Handler from ******* to replace it with which takes up to 7 days. On March 13th, 2024 we have proof of communication (attached above) with ******* that we have communicated with her about the new part arriving. Seven days later on March 20th, 2024, the new Air Handler was released and it was communicated that the technician will be going to pick it up and install it.
That is when ******* responded and refused to have the replacement part installed and responded " Don't worry about it, the finance company is going to all your boss and reject the loan for the project."
Essentially, ******* was angry about waiting for the new part that she wanted to cancel the entire thing. However that is not possible due to already completed labor and orders. After all, ******* agreed to have the new part installed. All is good and compliant is closed on our end. Attached is the text message communication proof that she denied service from us initially, however.
