      I have for over a month now, gone back and forth with 6 Lynx on lost and delayed packages. I wasnt very patient with them when I did not receive my first delivery, and they decided to send me a new delivery, to which I happily agreed. When I did not receive the second shipment (mind you, this has been over a month now since I placed my initial order), I asked for them to refund me based off prior communication that they would be happy to do so if I didnt receive the shipment in a reasonable amount of time. They now went back on their word and said they wont initiate a refund since its out for delivery even though it has said delayed since the first week I ordered. I have now reported it to my bank and this company is a complete scam and will go back on their word.

      Wow, after reading the reviews here, I may guess I am an exception. I ordered the 7 bowl chakra set about 5 years ago and I remember the set took a few weeks to arrive. It came a couple of days after I started to really believe it was a scam site. The bowls were well packed and wonderful bowls. I was disappointed in the two smaller bowls as they were too light to play without tipping over. About 6 months later I had saved up and I ordered two bowls with the same notes to replace the two small bowls I didn't care for. They arrived fine-I anticipated the wait this time. About a month ago I ordered their solfeggio set, it came in 10 days. None of the orders had much on customer awareness of shipping. I know waiting for the first order I was intimidated till the set arrived. I would order again, I know there is little to no communication about the order and they are not quick to arrive. However, the ads to buy more start right away-and are frequent. SUMMARY: good products, not so good at communication

      Have made purchase and after 4 months no response from 6Lynx . Email and phone are not answering. This is a ********** web site that only collects money from you, dont make any purchases , I have been lucky because my credit card is insured and I got money back from my bank,DONT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS SITE www.6lynx.com

      Well, as others have noted, have never received a reply to my multiple requests for a tracking number. Supposedly my order was shipped on Nov 25; still says "pending" and nothing has arrived (of course).So much for treating customers properly. I won't be ordering from them again.

      I was nervous about my order at first based off of these reviews. I may not have ordered from here had a read the reviews first, but, to my satisfaction I received my order in a timely fashion and everything was in good condition. I ordered 7 singing bowls and am very happy! I think this business fails at transparency and communication. I did not realize my order was coming from China and when I had messaged them asking for a tracking number I got no response. Eventually though, the link tracking link was updated. Like I said before, I ended up getting my order at a reasonable time. It was a few days longer than I expected. But no big deal really. They should let people know their order is being shipped from overseas and they should work on their customer service and reply to emails. I would likely order from them again, as long as I wasn't in a rush to get my order.

      This company is by far the worst company Ive purchased anything from. They have the worst customer service. I ordered an 8 Tibetan singing bowl on march 15th, the tracking number gives conflicting information. It says shipped but pending at one point, the says accepted, and will contact you when item is shipped at another. They do not answer emails, calls, chat, anything. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Do not use this company.

      I have to say i am surprised that 6lynx has the reputation that they have as they were great with me. Ive received my bowls on time and in a safe matterthey are great quality bowls i really do appreciate 6lynx effort this is a real review from a consumer who just recently purchased from themi will continue to do business with 6 lynx i love you guys so much for my bowls and have been meaning to put up a picture of my bowls and a review i have been side tracked a bit by work and other things going on but again I appreciate you guys wholeheartedly and you guys have a good reputation with me and i will also be sending others to you guys website to receive great business.i have received emails from them when i email i have nothing negative for them everything is positive thanks 6lynx keep up the great work sending you guys positive vibes ALLL LOVEEEE

      I ordered a sound healing bowl on Dec 28th. It says it was received, my ORDER NUMBER ***** my card was charged and it said 7-1 days with tracking. Today is Feb 2 - no bowl. I have sent emails and responded to their order confirmation text that linked to support and sent a CHAT 3 days ago. Sent another chat. NO RESPONSE, I ordered a bowl from there 2 years ago. It is wonderful. Had delivery issues then, but it was received. I gave them another chance. More than 1 month has passed. I have filed a credit card dispute and am filing this compliant to add to all the others. They do not represent any of the qualities that their products represent in life. AVOID THIS VENDOR - It is too bad their lack of customer service and lack of response is destroying their reputation. They products are very nice.

      The sound bowl products are great! However, customer service is not! Had an issue with the carrying cases not be sent with the set . Took several months to finally get them. They asked questions like did I look in the box? They wanted pics of the bowls and boxes. Ridiculous!!!
