I ordered from this company on July 22, 2024. ***** Resisitant Band Black/Heavy I spent $39.99 I started reading reviews of people not receiving their merchandise. I have emailed them no-one has replied. I have reached out to them on Instagram, someone replied but there was no follow-up. I either want them to deliver my product or issue a refund. The status of my order shows ordered but that's it. I just want my product or a refund. I don't know if this company is spamming people or what but there is no communication and I need help to let others know of the way this company operates. The contact information I was given is ********************************* No one ever responds I don't know if they don't care or if no one monitors that email. Please help make them accountable and stop taking people's money.Customer response

So, no one contacted me but my product was sent and they sent an extra replacement band with my order. So the issue has now been resolved. I am satisfied. Thank you my case can be closed and resolved.Initial Complaint

I placed my order with MYokore on 4/28/24. The order number was 1553. I purchased a workout band for $39.99. I was sent an email on 5/19/24 asking me to review the item, claiming it was delivered to me. As of this date today, when I click on the tracking link I was sent, it still says as of May 7th, 2024, that the order is in pre shipment status, and that **** is still awaiting item. I have emailed myokore twice now regarding my order that never shipped and was therefore never delivered and also reached out several times via instagram with no response to any of my messages. I was very clear when contacting them about my order number, how I never received my order, and how I would like to get my money back. They have never responded and I want my money back.Customer response

After my report, they finally sent me my package. This issue is resolved now thanks to reporting to problem!
