      OK So this is the benehammer on ********************************************* and ********. The delivery take out and there's a white woman. Speaks english anindefinitely it is 5:12 PM. On a Tuesday afternoon and she's working with 2 Spanish people with Spanish cogladi and a Spanish guy. She was on the phone the whole time. She didn't acknowledge me. Say hi, how you doing? Be right with you anything she didn't do anything. She talked on the phone. She showed no respect. No empathy form for people that wanna you know. Order, she had no regard for customers. **************** was horrible and she was very rude. So can this person? Please not work there anymore? You can go ahead and do a camera. Roll, this is racial discrimination at its best. You know how I got my order. I had the order on the kiosk. This reminded me like in 1930, where a black African American people walk in a business and they're not acknowledged at all of the people. That are racist just looks at them. And they have to fin for themselves or walk out. This is what this is a great example of that I was very upset. The order was made by server k. D. SD check number 35 and I paid with my card. II was treated very bad. I was racial, discriminated and fine. Somebody please investigate this. Look at the cameras, look how I stood there and waited for so long. Looking at this person while she looks at me in my face. Talks on the phone doesn't tell me a whole dorm. Doesn't tell me why doesn't tell me just a minute doesn't tell me give her a second anything, so I had to go to the keyhouse to do. It's crazy. Well, thank you. If someone please let me know there's just a binding hunter on break hole.

      06/10/2024 I made reservation for Dinner for my son-in-laws birthday, The place was filthy, the first problem was. there was left over appearance of food on the plates, next when the chef comes he a a blue piece of tap on his finger, with no gloves, and that's when I lost my appetite, I didn't want to spoil the party, but I was so afraid I would get food poison. The vents on the stove had left- over food hanging out of them, there was grease and food next to the stove he was cooking on, and I lost my appetite, When he did the trick throwing the egg shells in his hat, a little girl about 5 years old wanted to touch the egg shells, he gave her the broken shell, then took it back and instead of putting it in the little trash slot, he just l placed it next to were he was cooking, I boxed my food and thru it in the trash, after talking to the manager who could care less. I took pictures on my camera, but do not know how to download them

      WE had dinner reservations for the Benihana in ********* on Sunday 6/2/24 at 4:45 pm. We were not seated until well after 5pm. We were the seated with a family of 5, 3 children under the age of 6, I would guess. Treated very rude from the hostess who stated to follow that family and go upstairs. I asked when seated if we could have another table but was told that's it. The kids were a handful for the parents, and most likely should not have been in an establishment like this. Our drink and dinner order were taken after a lengthy wait. Drinks came and we waited and waited for our salad and soup which was **** warm at best. After another lengthy wait the chef came and started to prepare our meal which he totally messed up. I had to tell him what we ordered. My wife was to have shrimp and steak, she received chicken. So, he gave her a few shrimp. Not at all like the other adults at our table, who had twice as much. We then realized we never receive the appetizer of shrimp we were to receive. Steak was ordered med rare; it was well done. Chicken was more than well done. It was mostly rice, dry and hard. After preparing each item we receive a small portion, and he gave the rest to the 3 kids. It only got worse. It was not the nice night out for which we planned. All in all, this was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. The staff was rude, didn't care about us or our experience. The atmosphere was old and borderline dirty. I will never go back and will tell others of our experience. The next morning, we both had diarrhea. Very upset with that! The best is when we sent in two complaints to corporate and have not heard a word in over a week. I have never spent this amount of money and had such a terrible experience. And nobody cares!

      on May 4th I called Benihana SF location to order lunch. After waiting almost a hour for the food it was a bad presentation of food, cold and made incorrectly. I ask to speak to the manager an he took 15 ins to come out with shirt button up wrong and zipper down looking like he just woke up AT HOME! I discussed my issue with service and food he offered refund and then acted like he couldn't do right then. He PROMISED to return my money and never did. I called him several times leaving messages and no response. So I reached out to HQ a lady called and apologized blah blah and Promised me for the inconvenience she would send me a $75 gift card. Here it is June 7th and I have gotten OTHING!. They stole money and lied!

      I order food online. My order was to be ready at 2:50 PM on 05/26/24. At 3:10 PM I complained where is my food. To my annoyance me food was not ready. Business would not give me a refund for my order. Manager stole the food while I was trying to get my refund.Apparently the managers name is *****. Where is my money?

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Yes my payment was returned to me for my order but it doesnt change that my order was never received. My order was to be done in approximately 25 minutes after I ordered online but at about 3:20 PM may order was still not ready.

      Manager can say he resolved the issue and I suppose he did but he and his staff failed to ensure that my order was timely. Nor did he indicate in the future my orders will ever be done timely.

      So I accept part of the resolution only.

      I dined at Benihanas ********, ******* location on Friday, March 8th. I was incorrectly charged an included gratuity for my party - Benihana automatically includes for parties of 8 and I had a party of 7 people. After nearly two months and significant correspondence with Benihana (the location itself and corporate guest services) I have not received my refund nor have I received further updates on when I can expect it. Benihana did originally indicate to me when I called on Saturday, March 9th following my meal that they incorrectly included the gratuity and that I would be refunded. Again, after weekly calls to them and a submission to corporate requests I have not received it and have only been told that it is out of the locations hands and solely the responsibility of Benihana IT. This is not acceptable as I have provided proof of my 7 attendants following the incorrect charge. I am now escalating to additional authorities in order to resolve this matter in light of the significant delay and near silence from the business itself.

      Went to this establishment for a birthday celebration, atmosphere was horrible and the service was even worse. The employees are inexperienced and unprofessional. Came there for the experience and left in tears . It was the worst experience Ive ever encountered. Both of the managers ****** and ***** do not need to be in the position that they are in as we spoken to both to resolve the situation, they are both very unprofessional and lack management skills. I will definitely be writing a review 0/10 across the board. I am still in disbelief at how they conduct business and I will be contacting corporate to let them know everything that transpired during our visit to this location.

      I received a Benihana egift card from my bank(Citi) rewards program. I tried to use it on 3/8. After taking my phone to the back, The waiter at Benihana stated there was a $0.00 balance. I asked to speak with management and he told me the same. I went to my bank and they informed me that the issue had to be resolved with Benihana. They also stated the funds were retrieved from the restaurant. I went back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He was very rude and told me there was nothing that he could do. I have been trying to contact corporate for 3 days to no avail. Neither phone nor email.

      Hello, I went in on march 8th 2024 with my kids and husband. We all got sick, extremely sick. I went home throwing up while my 1 year old was also throwing up. My husband was having major diarrhea. Im pretty sure this was food poisoning, Ive reached out to the specific Benihanas three times since my last visit and been denied to talk to by their manager, who is extremely rude, she told me Its dinner rush time hunny and hangs up on me. I am extremely upset and Ive even reached out to Benihanas customer service email and no response. We all should not be throwing up and having diarrhea after paying an expensive amount. I dont even want to step a foot back into Benihanas because of this.

      I placed order25252373338210304 Online at Benihana's in ******, ********** on March 9. I ordered online to have it delivered to my door. It was outsourced to DoorDash to make the final delivery. When I went to meet the driver at the Gate, the driver was walking towards me to hand the food, the handles of the bag ripped and fell on the ground making a crack noise. I didn't think anything. I grabbed my food and proceeded to go In the house. I open the bag and to my surprise, the sauce, containers And rice containers were all cracked from The drop. I immediately tried to call Benihana's number at ************ . I was unable to get a hold of anybody. On 3/9 I tried Calling Benihana's for the past two hours, but I was still met with the same automated system "that no one is able to answer your phone. Goodbye". I contacted ******** and they tried contacting Benihana's but they were Not successful either. Since I made my payment online through Benihana's DoorDash cannot give me the refund however, I have not been able to get a hold of Benihana. It's now going on 48 hours from the time that I made my purchase and still no one answers the phone. it does not ring and it's still the same automated system that no one is able to get to the Phone. I would like a full refund .
