I contacted Smokey Bones but was never contacted. We placed a takeout order of 24 chicken wings. We found feathers on them. So disgusting.Initial Complaint

12/20/22 i ordered food -went to pick it up spoke with manager on duty - my food was brought out to me - it was wrong tried to address it with the "manager" who went beserk telling me i said the "f" word he yelled repeatedly for me to get out of the restaurant - cashier had my card - the hamburger was not well done it had onions,tomatoes, lettuce and pickles on it - mac/cheese were half empty -burger was not edible my nephew is allergic to onions which were left in the container after clerk took it back to get it fixed they just pulled off the stuff with their bare hands - NOT EDIBLE GERMS i want my money back and i will be filing a complaint with the health department or whoever else concerning the poor food handling procedures used last niteInitial Complaint

My family went to the Smokey Bones in ****** on 10/30/2022. We spent an extra hour there waiting for our desserts and to-go order after we had finished our meal. I used the company Contact us page to register our complaint but never received a reply. A few days later, I followed up on their Contact us page indicating as much yet still no reply. I wanted their company to know that ignoring customer complaints is wholly unprofessional, especially after their restaurant held my family hostage for an hour because they couldn't cook 8 chicken wings and an order of fries in less than 45 minutes. Pathetic.
