I paid WWPT on 5/19/22 to relinquish 2 timeshare units at the same location. They assigned 2 file numbers, WPT22-0119 and 0119A stating it would ***********-9 months. After several phone messages to them and 2 yrs. later I still haven't received anything! I was referred to this company by Sell My Timeshare Now. I want to receive my final paperwork or a refund. Please help. I have too much paperwork to attach including my husband's death cert.Initial Complaint

Entered into a contract on 12/20/2021 to exit a timeshare. Was informed the process would be between 9 and 18 months to complete. Contract states a "satisfaction guarantee" that if the company does not provide you with an offer within 24 months that you can request a refund. (Paragraph 4) I submitted the request based on the terms and have not received any reply back from the several emails written. Phone calls go into a voicemail and are not returned.Initial Complaint

Paid $3196 plus $995 settlement fee to get rid of my timeshare in **. I head NOTHING back!!!! No updates as promised. Property is still charging me maintenance fees of close to $800 a year so I am down $1600 already after paying this company to take care of it for me. As I understand, they are NOT legitimate law firm and just take money from trusting people like myself and may others here. NOTHING has been done. This is last resort before hiring a real attorney so more people don't get scammed.I've emailed and called them several times and no response.Initial Complaint

I initiated a contract with this company that promised to cancel my timeashare without damage to my credit. Worldwide Property Transfer lists offices in Aventura and *******. We signed contract in March, 2022. At the time we signed, we were told that the process would be complete prior to any more maintenance fees being due at the end of 2022. There was liitle to no communication for many months. After many repeated attempts to get updates, I finally got information from the agent that initiated our contract with WWPT. She gave me the name of ********************* and his phone number. I reached out to him and eventually got a response in September 2023. He advised that we NOT pay maintence fees since he was close to a resolution. The maintenance fees were due December 1, 2022. This went back and forth numerous time over several months. There were many times I sent text and was told he would call me right back, but the return call never occurred. He even promised to call my wife and me weekly to update status, but this did not occur. He told ** on 2 occasions that if we were not happy with his service, we would get a full refund of the $5998 we paid. ************* even said on 2 occasions he was going to pay the maintenance fees while he finished the process. He even logged in to my account and sent me screen shots where he claimed to make the payment. The payment never occurred. After receiving several past due letters from ********, I paid the maintenance fees in March 2023. Since I made the maintenance fee payment, I have not had any response to texts, and all my calls have gone unanswered. I have sent two letters, with receipt verification to his office demanding the refund. There has been no response. Letters were sent to the ******* office since he told me he was based in *******. Again, phone calls and texts are unanswered.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract with them to cancel my timeshare. They said it would take about 9 months. It's been almost a year. I have tried to call them and one of the numbers isn't in service anymore. One rings and rings then says to leave a voicemail, but doesn't say that it is for a company or anything. The other says it's the **** company but try to stay on hold to talk to someone and it tells you to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I have left (2) in the past 2 weeks and no return calls. I have spent $4,695 with them to do this job and now nothing in return.Initial Complaint

I paid $5,000 on 01/23/2022 to World Wide Property Transfers so that the Lawyers at ******************** Access Network could process paperwork to help me relinquish ownership of a timeshare. As of 12/23/2022, I am no longer able to get in contact with anyone from either company!Initial Complaint

I paid Worldwide Property Tranfers $3,598 last year to cancel our timeshare. Last year they promised was the last year we would have to pay our dues. Earlier this week I received yet another dues fee from our timeshare. I have called and emailed they and I cannot get thru to any one to find out what is going on.Initial Complaint

RE: Worldwide Property Transfer ************************************************************************************** Phone: ************ Transaction Date: 3/9/2022 Amount Paid: **** Payment Method: Credit Card Subject: ************************************* / ************************* Worldwide Property Transfers employee *********************** called me in March to offer services of cancelling timeshare for a fee and guaranteed that it will be done in 6 months. Six months have passed and I inquired about the progress of the cancellation but I was told that it could take **** months. I reached out again this month but all my contacts with the company has resigned and was told to contact **************. I contacted ************** via email and phone call to give me a refund for services not provided and he sent me a text on Nov 8, 2022 thats he is going to call back and that the refund is in process. He but never did and no refund was received. I am concern that this company is a scam and ************* is not a real person and that more people will fall into the trap that I am in. I reached out to my credit card company and they said that it is beyond the time period that I can dispute the charges.I would like to ask your office to please look into this matter as soon as possible. I've been trying to reach out to this company. No attempts to call me back I've called every day for a week no reply. I've given funds inorder to release my name from my time. I not sure not if this company scammed me or what. So so sad World Wide Property Transfer do they exist or not.
