IpurchasedtheLinsaytabletfromtheHSNwebsiteonMay4, 2023 for $47.99 becauseIwantedatabletthatIcouldusemostlytodownloadbookstoread.The order number is **********. After about 2 months the tablet would not turn on. I contacted HSN and they told me since it has been more than 30 days from the purchase date, I would need to contact the vendor.Iinitiallyemailedthe vendor onJuly15,andtheysuggestedafewthingstotry,butthetabletwouldstillnotturnon.They thenprovidedmetheaddresssoIcouldshipittothem,andtheyalsosaidthatthe manufacturerswarrantywasvalidforoneyear.So,ImailedthetabletinthesameboxthatIhad receiveditwhenIpurchaseditfromHSN,andalsoaddedadditionalbubblewrap.AccordingtotheUSPStrackingnumberitarrivedattheFlorida repairsiteonJuly24. Insidethebox,I also put a note describingtheissue,alongwiththePOnumber,andmycontactinfo.After3weeks,Istillhadntreceivedaresponse,andsentanemailonAugust14tofollowup.OnAugust15,theirresponsewassorryforthedelay,anditwouldbeshippedbacktomebythe endoftheweek.Tenminuteslateranotheremailarrived,andtheysaidmyscreenwasbroken,andtherepairwasnotcoveredandthatIshouldcontactUSPostalServicetofileaclaim.Thiswasthefirsttimethatthiswastoldtome,andItoldthemthatinmyemailresponse.Ijustwanteithermyitemrepaired,anewonesenttome,orarefund.It seemsasiftheycannot repairthetabletandwantUSPStoreimbursemeundertheguisethatthescreenarrivedattheir sitedamaged.Canyouhelpme?Ihaveallthesupportingdocumentationandemails, if needed.Customer response

Just wanted to send an update. Shortly after filing my complaint, I received notification from the company that my 'repaired' item would be sent to me.
I received a tablet via UPS, and I believe it's brand new. Just wanted to thank you for your assistance and saving me additional time and effort.
