Based of honest and integrity, I would not recommend Brian *********. Paula ****** referred me to Brian on 9/1.
I spoke to the realtor and she advised that they will do a "soft pull" on my credit to see what I qualify for. I followed up with the lender and he advised the same. I asked repeatedly during our conversation and assured that it will only be a soft pull. I received multiple alerts within the night that he did a hard pull. I followed up and asked why and he said, "Yes, when the soft pull didn't pull scores through I had to hard pull it to get them". Like why wouldn't you confirm with me first? Why not give me a courtesy text explaining why. Luckily, he was not able to help due to his lack of knowledge of guidelines. I was able to find someone else that is more knowledgeable and will be moving forward with them.Home Solution Lenders, Inc. Response

I am sorry for any confusion or frustration that might have been caused.
Soft pulls are able to give us a good idea where someone stands, but we are unable to prequalify off of that. Since you were seeking a prequalification quickly, a hard pull was necessary to finalize that for you.
We also never pull someone's credit without getting consent, and we have your signed consent on file from when you filled out your application.
The concerns about the guidelines were related to your specific work situation. The mortgage world is a very unique one where every case is different. This is why we review everyone's specific situation in detail before we prequalify.

So fast, so professional! We've just been approved for a loan to buy a brand new house in Florida. The Loan Officer Brian ********* helped us uploading all the legal documents and showed a lot of patience to respond all the questions we had.
