Dependable well drilling was hired by my contractor when we built our house (after we advised him that we did not want this well driller to dig our well). The well was dug by this company when we were not present on the property once the well was completed we were assured that proper runoff had been performed and there were no issue with the well. A few days after moving in to our newly built home we noticed sand in our water. We contacted the builder who came out and ran the well off again and flush our water lines and water tank. the same problem happened again but this time the filter on our well clogged up completely and we had no water. the contractor came out flushed everything and told us that we needed to contact *****. So after contacting him he came and inspected the well while we were not home, calls me on the phone, and proceeds to inform me that "there is no possible way that water is getting into my home". I scheduled a time for ***** I to meet at my house so i could in fact show him yes we had a lot of sand coming into my home. I showed him the bathtubs filled with sand. I contact SRWM and had them come out and test the well. They advised me that my well is not viable and repairs are needed. I have been waiting almost a year for ***** to fix his mistake. It seems this is a mistake that he doesnt know how to fix because it seems every well he drills has significant amounts of sand in them. Instead of taking responsibility of his non viable wells he instead blames the owner that they do not allow him to make needed repairs when the owner is the only one trying to communicate a solution. This man is hostile, will lie to your face, and then ignore you when you try to get things repaired.Customer response

***** was hired by our GC to drill our well (against our wishes). The well has had significants amounts of sand in it since day one. ***** claims he fixed the issue by installing a different filter. We did as instructed and opened the value to the filter every month. We waited 9 months for our water to get better and it never did. I contacted ***** to no avail.Initial Complaint

We purchased 10acres and bought a new mobile home to go on it. The mobile home dealer, was to handle the land improvements. They hired this company to drill the well. We asked for drinkable water, a 100 foot deep well with a 3 horse power pump motor. We received a horse power pump motor, and they claim 60 feet deep well. We have brown, smelly, sandy water. They refuse to drill any deeper. Or to replace the PVC pipe in the ground. Or replace the motor with what we wanted. Now he is refusing our calls.
