Posting my review for BW Property Management here (which can be found with other reviews that corroborate similar experiences as mine at *************************************************************** ******************************), as it is a company owned by the same individual (Solomon Williams Jr) and is publically under the same phone number and headquartered at the same P.O. Box address given for this "business".

Avoid at all costs; BW Property Management Group and Solomon Williams Jr (the company owner) are pitfalls of unprofessional and mediocre quality that do not respond to any form of communication unless you are a squeaky enough wheel. Whatever cost you are being quoted, add at least $5 for the mandatory tip that they add on their online portal for payment (perhaps so Solomon can pocket some coins for the work of the likely underpaid and undertrained service providers he keeps? I do not know for sure.). The service person from this company damaged the aluminum siding of my patio, didn't own up to their mistake (or even ring a doorbell or send a text to let us know that the damage had occurred), and I am still in the process of seeking resolution and restitution today. This was almost one month ago. Despite some sort of pervasive issues preventing Mr. Williams et al from responding to any and all attempts at communication, however, BW had no difficulty in sending another person to service my lawn at what would have been the next scheduled time after the damage occurred. The headache of this man and his company are not remotely worth whatever savings you perceive you may get.

Editing my review (as the most certainly honest folks at BW Property Management Group did) to add that this review isn't at all fictitious (with photos of the attempts at communication), I am just gay and Solomon Williams (or whomever is driving whatever passes for customer service at this company) is unfortunately showcasing their prejudices (or, at best, lack of any actual knowledge of their client base) in making such an embarrassing and baseless accusation as a weak attempt at a credibility assassination of this review and in lieu of actually meaningfully addressing any of the problems presented within.
Tyler ******** is my partner, and if they actually communicated appropriately this would be information already known to them. They finally had a conversation with us about the issue once I badgered them enough on 01/10/22. The issue in question occurred on 12/17/21. Let me reiterate: avoid at all costs.

You can edit your response with the same ******** you post on your website, it doesn't make it true. Just like posting that you have a policy of "satisfaction guaranteed" and responding within 24 hours, it's strictly fantasy.
