To Whom ************************* sent un-ordered, non-authorized, product for the second year in a row (Please reference internet searches where numerous complainants have described the same experience and claim that the product is some unknown (one says Spray-9) watered down common household cleaning product.Despite having been instructed to never contact our company again. Spectrum claims their recorded telephone conversations with a mechanic (which I firmly believe have been altered), are proof that we wanted more of their useless product, we disagree.When we asked how to return the product, we were informed there were no returns.After explaining that we are not willing to pay for their fraudulent order and will return their product when they provide return instructions.we were eventually contacted by Snap Recovery (Snap Debt Recovery), who plans to place this ridiculous account into collections, with legal action to follow.Please be advised that ************* is not a reputable company, as evidenced by ALL reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints. I believe the collection companys reputation, by association, should be affected negatively, as well.The recorded conversations provided by ************* reflect very different conversations than our mechanic recalls having.Sincerely,L
