I receive multiple robo calls from this company each week from numbers across the **. I have never asked this company to contact **** have never returned one of their robo messages.I do not require any of the services they provide.

Hey, hope your day goes well. I don't see that your phone number is in our system are you sure we contacted you? can you please give me your phone number one more time so i'll check because i can't find it. There are many USA capital groups in the US.

I am rejecting this response because: The Business is claiming that there are multiple businesses with the same name operating in the **. Is the BBB aware of other registered business with the same name? Can a list of registered businesses operating as "*** Capital" and making phone calls from ******* (and other states) phone numbers be provided, businesses that are identifying themselves as *** Capital? If there are no other registered businesses using this name, I would like to know what action USA Capital is taking to address these other businesses cold calling citizens and identifying themselves as *** Capital?

I contacted us Capital group LLC to get an estimate on my house for selling they ended up sending me some type of paperwork electronic email and said that I signed on this to sell my house when it was supposed to be appraisal since then they have taken me to court and are in the process of trying to take possession of my property I am a 62-year-old handicap who was in the hospital having my leg amputated during this time be careful when contacting this company because I'm pretty sure this isn't legitBusiness response

My personal cell phone is registered on both the Federal and ******* Do Not Call registries. I have never had any prior dealings with USA Capital Group LLC. At 3:55 pm on 12/6/2023, USA Capital Group LLC violated both the Federal and Florida Do Not Call registries by calling my cell phone with an unsolicited phone call to purchase my home, which is not for sale. I uploaded a picture verifying that my cell phone number is on the do not call list for the ****************. This company has several other complaints with the BBB about this same exact issue. Clearly, this company's standard operating procedure is to violate the ******* and Federal laws regarding unsolicited phone calls.Business response

It is not that I "feel" that I was called without permission, but that I was. That is in contravention of the Do Not Call Registry (****) operated by the **** I'm including the link so that the business can refresh their familiarity with it. There also doesn't seem to be any mention of processes put in place to check the **** list before making any future calls to any other numbers.

This company calls us several times per week asking us if we own X property and if we are willing to sell. We do not have any property for sale and the phone calls have become harassing. It always sounds like the same man or woman but the name used is different every time. I ask repeatedly where they are calling from but they will only say Orlando. I looked up the address online (same one as on BBB site), so unsure why the secrecy.Business response
