              shipped an extremely delicate original work of Art. paid for a box for it to be shipped it (i wrapped it in a thin sheet of cardboard to be put inside a *** box). When it arrived to my home in ****, they never put it in the **** the box i had paid for was not there they just slapped the label on the painting i had wrapped in a thin sheet of cardboard on the front. The frame was damaged and i had to pay to reframe it. WHen you reframe a 25 year old painting, it is never the same. I tried to file a compaint with *** over 6 times (Claim #*************), On the phone each time they said dont worry we will refund you and fix this, Then i would get an email saying they need more pictures, etc etc. I dont have puctures of a box that wasnt there, (keep in mind on the original claim i called to ask what i needed and they did not suggest taking pictures so i never did). Now the painting was reframed and i dont have a pic of the old frame. I have wasted hours and hours sitting on the hold with *** about this, i can never get that time back. ALso i paid $97.00 for shipping in a box they never used. I dont know why they are making this so hard for me. I would like a refund for the box i paid for that i never got and i should also get reimursed for damages since i paid for insurance.
