      My order was never received, no shipping notification and I can not get a response from the business. My credit card was charged on Nov 5, 2022 for one flag. I waited over a month for delivery before reaching out to the business; still no product and no response regarding my order after 2 email inquiries.

      Hello,

      We had reached out to you via email about an issue with your order. The price and sku indicate a 12x18 inch flag but for some reason the order says its for a 4x6 double sided with grommets on all four corners. The price of a flag like this is over $300. I have issued your refund as requested, we apologize for the glitch and the confusion.

      It used to be called BAIT & SWITCH. I ordered a high quality ANNIN, TOUGH-TEX POLYESTER FLAG at a premium price (after being told it was IN STOCK). Ultimate Flags, LLC sent a Much Cheaper flag of a Different manufacturer, Different material, designed for a different wind load. Oh yeah, and the one sent is also available on the big "A" website for $20 less without the $8.00 shipping charge. They did get the size correct, so I guess they deserve a participation trophy. I'm a disabled veteran, I may put up with you ******* in my corn flakes, but NOT defrauding me over my flag.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/07) */ This customer was provided a prepaid return label to return his flag for a full refund, a written apology on the mixup, and edits were made to our website description to avoid the confusion in the future. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Yes, they did take the bogus flag return. Yes, they did "some" ad editing. But as of right now (4/11 @ 8:53PM) they are still advertising it as a Tough Tex Flag. Tough Tex is a Registered Trademark for Annins Heavy Duty Polyester Flags, NOT a Nylon Flag from Valley Forge. The flag they are advertising is a highly sought, high-quality flag fetching a premium price. The flag they provide is not. Looks to me like someone's trying to dupe there customers with a bait and switch. Have the ad reflect what your selling and I'll accept your response. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/04/13) */ The flag sent was an Eder poly-max flag which is certainly a superior quality. Unfortunately no-one is making a 2.5x4ft polyester flag these days. The Eder poly-max flag looks like a Much Closer Alternative to the advertised flag. However the flag you sent was a Valley Forge NYLON Flag. I see that of right now, you have the Tough Tex Flag listed as "OUT OF STOCK" which it's probably been for some time, definitely prior to my order. I got a Refund, and the Ad is corrected so no one else gets duped. So I'm satisfied with the BBB complaint outcome.

      Purchased item, never sent. I sent numerous emails to check status no response. Took my money and I have not received item or any response as to the status of this order.
