On October 5th I took my car to the Bkleen carwash. After it was done and I was driving away I noticed hair and dirt on my dash . By my speedometer. By my gear shift and the center of my steering wheel. I went in side and told the manager and he came to look at. He told me my car was in bad shape and that I obviously don't care about it. He said it needs detailing and they don't do that there. I responded with I paid for inside and outside the dash should have been dusted off and sand by gearshift should have **** vacuumed. He went on to say the sand was probably stuck there . What do you expect for *****. Your car is in bad shape you obviously don't care about it.I said nice way to treat a Veteran by putting the blame on me for what your employees missed. To which he said he's a veteran also.I responded with then I would think you would be nicer . I got in and closed my door to get away from this rude vile male. He opened my door to say "you need a detail we don't do that here. Go somewhere else" I was already uncomfortable with him and he has the audacity to open my door ?I felt so threatened at that point. Air Force veteran with PTSD anxiety and depression. But for him to open my door was so threatening I wanted to cry.Business response

I am not sure how to respond to this complaint. We have been in business for 20 years. We have an excellent reputation. This complaint alleges that things were said and done that simply did not occur. This individual was very rude to me. I continually tried to keep the conversation civil while she refused to listen and be reasonable. This vehicle to be honest, is a disgusting mess. I would not want to sit in this car, much less breath the air and stench that was coming from it. I should have taken photos. The dirt and dog hair was so embedded in some sticky substance that it covered the dash, the steering wheel the door panels and carpeting. She made the comment that now that her dog had passed she thought that she would bring her car in to get it cleaned up. I tried to explain to her that we could not clean this car for $20. I offered to credit her $20 towards a complete detail and explained it would take us about 4 hours and she would need an appointment. She refused and insisted that she already paid her $20 and we should be able to do a much better job than what we had done. She then stated she was a veteran and deserved better treatment etc... She has gone all over social media spouting rude things that did not happen. I do not want this person back on our property.
