I was lucky if the team showed up 2 days a week. When they did, they were pulled off the job. Over 90 days into the work and had to request a refund as no one was showing up. Multiple calls and texts over the 3 months, unresponsive. The refund has not been issued to me and James W******* (Owner) is not answering calls or texts. My home was left with multiple hazards on the property (holes, exposed foundation to name a few). They would leave very unsafe conditions regularly even though they are supposed to mark\tape off the hazards or backfill immediately. The company is Not licensed to perform new installations for irrigation which is what I was sold but was never completed, many additional items on the work order were also not completed. I was not informed that the company was unlicensed when the work was agreed to and the down payment was provided, nor were any of the proper permits acquired. Any subsequent work will likely have to remove the partial installations prior to being able to remedy the situation.Initial Complaint

They have been paid in full ($7500) and the Job was not done! The slab he did put down had to be ripped up.We asked him to just finish the job and we didn't need money but instead James w******* ghosted us.The last we heard from him on Saturday Morning May 8th was that he was finishing up a job and he would be over.Then Monday May10th,Nothing no answer at all!After numerous calls ,texts and*** messages not a single reponse.May 11th he called and stated he would make it right and came and poured a slab of concrete which was done so horrible that there were numerous cracks and the foundation was washing out after 1 day of heavy rain! We told him that and he said he would reimburse us all our money and that he would send 4 checks in the mail equalling $7,500 and we should cash one every Friday. That's the last we heard from him.He won't answer us and WE NEVER revived any checks or reimbursement. I have a contract & ring video and don't want to go to the police just our money back!
