Meryls thinks bait traps and only spraying the outside is the answer, Not for all homes! I kept having bugs and they did not control the issue even a little. Not all bugs go to bait traps. Then they make an appointment and never show up without letting me know like I have nothing better to do than wait for someone whos not coming over. This is BS! What a total waste of money!!! Dont get me wrong, hes a very nice person but being nice doesnt control BUGS! Hes not controlling my issues that Im paying for, Im going back to *** the Bug Man, Hes more reliable.

Hello, I am sorry you are unsatisfied with the service. You are right pest control is not a one-size-fits-all and some homes can take a little longer than others depending on the conditions and what type of bug you are having problems with. Bait traps are used as monitoring devices but are not a stand-alone method for treating homes experiencing problems.I am sorry you were not notified that we were not working during Hurricane *****. With bad wind conditions and the governor of Florida putting everyone in a state of emergency, we didn't feel it was wise to be out servicing anyone at a time when it was not safe to be on the road. I understand one of your contentions was that your home was not having any weather problems at the time but the areas our technician would have had to go through to come to you were experiencing bad conditions.As you are aware you notified the office of your missed appointment our office personnel apologized and tried to reschedule you for the following day but the offer was refused. I, the owner, and your technician tried to contact you but you chose not to answer the calls. Our technician did stop by today 8-6-24 to apologize to you in person that you were not called about your service call being canceled and offered to take care of it while you were home. I would like to know what more we can do as a company to resolve the mistake of not notifying you and to rectify this situation which was why I again tried to call today to which you did not want to talk to me. We have done our best to let you know that we care about making our customers happy and own up to a mistake, at this point I am not sure what more can be done. You have our number and I would be more than happy to talk to you if there is anything further you would like to discuss.
