    My husband and I rented a property which was purchased by this company Jade PMC. My husbands in the National Guard and was transferred to another state so we moved over a month ago but cant get anyone to contact us back from **** regarding our deposit and refund on our rent that was paid in advance. Our deposit was $3,000 and we paid rent in advance thats supposed to be refunded. Were now living in ************** and without anyone from this company responding to emails or voice mails we have no other way of getting this company to contact us back. Even though the new company purchased the property from another person we originally rented from it states in our lease with the new company how much was paid for our deposit and rent which was transferred over to **** the new property owners. Please help us to get these people to respond and give us our money back. Thank you for your help.

    Okay, so I want to begin this by saying I am one of those most patient and professional individuals you will likely come across. But, today me and my son's father was definitely inappropriately treated by the lady (who says she is the regional manager) that answers the phone for this property. Her name is ******* ********. My son's father is looking for a home, and I am assisting him with his search. We came across this property, so he applied yesterday. Well, he works Mon-Fri and per the reviews and from our experience already, it is clear that the leasing office isn't the easiest to reach. Because we have a special needs son, I am home and available during the day. So, my son's father asked me to try to get a hold of the leasing office today to confirm whether his application was received and of course to ask some other general* questions... general, not personal*. Well, today I finally get in touch with the lady in the leasing office and she is COMPLETELY RUDE. I explain to her that I am calling on behalf of my son's father but because of his work schedule and the difficulty in reaching their office, he requested my assistance with contacting them. The questions I had were very general and did not require her to give me any PERSONAL information, but she claimed that she would have to speak to him not me since I wouldn't be on the lease. No problem. So, I call him and let him know what she stated. So, he calls the office (3-way call) and gives the lady PERMISSION to speak to me on his behalf and yet and still she wants to be difficult saying that she will email him. This extremely irritated me, because instead of being helpful and doing your due diligence to assist someone, she was trying her best to be difficult and nasty.. and it's not like she explained any policies preventing her from giving me general* information about the availability of units or anything.. She just flat out did not want to give me any information since I wasn't going to be on the lea
