My husband and I have been dealing with this company for almost 2 months. They claimed that my roof was going to be replaced in one day and they have not finished the job. Their so called project manager made us pay the whole payment up front claiming since it was a flat roof to get supplies needed for job. They came on a Saturday finally after making numerous calls to business and the workers did not complete job in one day they were going to finish Monday. Monday came and project manager never showed up with workers. It rained Tuesday and water came down on part of the ceiling in my bathroom. I came home from work to find water on the living room floor near hallway that is next to bathroom. We called office and they claimed that it is project manager's fault and he will need to repair it. He was supposed to come that day and view damages and never showed up. He showed up Wednesday with his son to finish roof and claims he couldn't finish because did not have equipment he needed. He came back Thursday with workers at around 2pm and they left at around 6pm without completing job. He was suppose to come Sunday to finish roof an work on bathroom and never showed. My husband called him and said that he would call him back and never did. We called the office this Monday to let the office know and they keep putting the blame on project manager saying he is responsible but he works under their name so to me they are responsible for his actions and if they were a professional company they would and could send someone else to complete job. The contract is under their name and permit too. So far they have left their dump truck in front of my house and a worker left their boots on my carport. This experience has been so emotionally stressful. This company doesn't seem legit very unprofessional and the owner of the business should be liable for hiring unprofessional workers and should be investigated.
