In December 2022 we issued a payment to US pavers to install a new patio, which was completed.Shortly thereafter (January 2023) we observed that several of the pavers were deteriorating for unknown reasons.******, the owner, eventually stopped by after multiple phone calls (he was working on other units in our community) and he sent someone from the stone company (*********************) to look at our patio, which they did. They could not explain the deterioration of the pavers either and agreed to give us 13 to 15 new replacement pavers. I do not recall the date as the inspector just "showed up" at our house one day.Eventually in the first week of ******************* told us he would replace the tiles within a week or 2. He further told us to mark the tiles that would be replaced, which we did. To date, almost 3 months later, we have not had any communication with ****** despite multiple attempts to reach him by cell phone/text messages *************) or at his office *************). ****, who works at the office, assured us july 21st that this would be straightened out and that we should expect a call from ****** that same day. Since that did not happen I again spoke to **** last week and he gave me the same story.
